Comedy Focus Features, Endeavor Content and Makeready began production on the 2018 comedy sequel. fire club, About friends experiencing a romantic awakening after reading fifty shades of lightning.

Other returning actors include Andy Garcia, Don Johnson and Craig T. Nelson. New actors include Giancarlo Giannini, Hugh Cuarარში and Vincent Riota.

The film, which takes place in Italy, was written by Bill Holderman and Erin Sims, with Holderman returning as director. The duo will also work as a producer.

The sequel sees four best friends heading to a book club for a fun girl trip to Italy they’ve never had. When everything goes off the rails and the secrets are revealed, your leisure vacation turns into a sertanejo maritime adventure.

Endeavor Content will finance and execute book club 2. Executive producer credits are shared by Brad Weston, Trish Hoffman, Enzo Sist and Andrew Duncan.

Julia Iglesias will oversee the project for Focus Features, which will distribute the film in the United States for Universal Pictures International.
