San Paolo suffers a draw in the final against Juventus for the under 20 Paulista

This Saturday, São Paulo received Juventus-SP for the eighth round of the sub-20 Paulistão and tied the match at 2 – 2. Felipe Novaes opened the scoring for the club Mooca, João Adriano and Luiz Henrique addressed to Tricolor Paulista and Matheus Marqueti left it all the same again in the end.

With the result, San Paolo reaches 18 points and remains alone at the top of Group 10 of the championship. Juventus reaches 16 points and maintains second position.

Now, San Paolo faces Grêmio Osasco next Saturday, at 3pm, away from home, for the ninth round. Simultaneously, the Mooca team will host Ska Brasil.

The game

The first half was dominated by San Paolo, but few chances were created by the Tricolore, who forced many shots and missed chances to scare the opponent. When they least expected it, the home team faltered in getting the ball out and Felipe Novaes didn’t forgive and opened the scoring for Juventus in the 41st minute of the first half.

Still in the initial phase, São Paulo managed to equalize, in the 48th minute, through João Adriano after a nice upset on the right wing.

In the second half, San Paolo came back better and got the upset. In the 15th minute, Luiz Henrique took advantage of a good ball entering the area and took it from the goalkeeper to double the Tricolore. It seemed that the match was under control, but the home team faltered once again in the ball output and Matheus Marqueti equalized once again in stoppage time.
