OnePlus is expected to launch foldable in August as the global version of OPPO Find N3


Rumor details announcement forecast and presentation of OnePlus Fold, international version of OPPO Find N3 whose launch should take place in August

The first foldable smartphone from OnePlus is getting closer to launch as more details about the device continue to emerge. This time, the well-known informant Yogesh Brar anticipated information regarding the expected launch and availability of the mobile phone.



According to rumors, the expected OnePlus Fold will be presented during the first half of August with a launch event to be held in New York, United States.

The launch of the OnePlus foldable will take place not only in North America, but also in India, where the brand has a strong presence and a loyal following.

What to expect from the OnePlus Fold?

OnePlus Fold will be the global version of Oppo Find N3model whose launch should also take place in China during the month of August.

please note that oppo, Vivo and OnePlus are three strong Chinese subsidiary brands of the same brand, BBK Electronics. It is common for a product of one brand to be relaunched by another in different regions with minor changes in nomenclature or specification sheet.

The OnePlus Fold and OPPO Find N3 are expected to have the same book format with an 8-inch internal screen with Quad HD (2K) resolution and a 6.5-inch external screen with Full HD resolution. Both displays will have OLED technology and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Both will be equipped with the latest generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, accompanied by up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

For the camera set, manufacturers would bet on 32MP front cameras for each screen and a set of three rear cameras: the main one with 50MP and optical image stabilization (OIS), the ultrawide one with 48MP and the telephoto periscope with 32MP.

The foldables will launch with a 4,800mAh battery and support for 80W fast charging, as well as debut Android 13 out of the box.

In the coming weeks, news regarding the design and price range of the OnePlus Fold should emerge in the global market.
