The Flash: What’s in the post-credits scene of the DC superhero movie?

Warning – The following article contains spoilers for “The Flash” as it revisits its post-credits scene. So please go ahead if you haven’t seen a DC movie yet.

Fans have been waiting for it for years, so they might as well stick around until the credits roll. Especially since, as a superhero movie, The Flash includes an extra scene after its credits. Of course, this does not disrupt the entire DC Universe (currently undergoing a complete overhaul), nor one of the changes caused by Barry Allen’s actions.

But it does allow us to see another member of the Justice League after Wonder Woman and Ben Affleck’s Batman: Aquaman himself, who wasn’t just drinking water when we see him leaving a bar in Central City with Barry.

Backed by half his size Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa collapses in a puddle, drunk but dead enough, as he sings a song called “I’m a sailor” (“I’m a sailor”).

And this, pre-credits, let’s guess. Because in the part dedicated to the songs, which we hear in the feature film, there was exactly a “I’m a sailor” Jason Momoa as a singer, while the latter has not (yet) appeared on screen.

Thus, it can only mean one thing, and the most attentive viewers will be able to guess the presence of the actor in the upcoming scene, even if we are not really talking about a big spoiler.

Flash and Aquaman in “Justice League”

While fun, the post-credits scene definitely falls into the category “Fun Bonuses”Which doesn’t contribute to the larger plot and could be part of the film’s sequel as it won’t change its core content.

We can only wonder if Jason Momoa didn’t get a quick call while he was shooting Aquaman 2 for a well-intentioned anecdotal scene that was supposed to replace the one originally planned and that concerned the future of The Flash. Or in the cinema of the DC universe. And perhaps its initial content will be revealed in the coming months, as is often the case with blockbusters.

In the meantime, it’s nice to see that the details here give a lot of insight into the post-credits scene guest for the DC movie, which hits theaters June 14. And those who have eyes, in society, have probably noticed.
