Mira is a movie star who is disappointed with both her career and her recent breakup. She travels to France to play Irma Vepi in a remake of the classic French silent film, “Les Vampires.” In the process of filming, Mira realizes that the boundaries between her and the character she plays are beginning to blur and unite.
A TV remake of the feature film of the same name, this TV version of Irma Vepi shows Swedish actress Alicia Vikander following Maggie Chung in this character, created as a muse, as well as a double by director Olivier Asayas, whose previous series Carlos enjoyed international success.
