Season 4 of Stranger Things reveals, through multiple flashbacks, important elements of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown)’s past in Hawkins Lab. This new chapter also opens with the massacre of large-scale violence in the corridors of the institution. The final episode reveals a major surprise: the Wekna monster is nothing more than one (Jamie Campbell Bauer), the first child behind a program started by Dr. Martin Brenner.
The character, who appeared as a nurse with Eleven, is also the son of Victor Creeley (Robert Englund). He is responsible for the deaths of all young patients in the laboratory. Still, the inconsistency is reading to fans.
The second season of Stranger Things, released in 2017, marked the arrival of a new protagonist, the eight (Linnea Berthelsen), also known as Kali. The young woman who could create illusions in people’s minds was also one of Dr. Brenner’s patients. He met Eleven as a child before running away from the lab.
However, the character of Eight is never mentioned in the 4th season. Could he have escaped the massacre committed by One? Is this a mere neglect of writers or a voluntary omission for the rest of the series? Several theories are possible. In one of them, eight could manipulate the minds of the guards, and eleven, in order to erase his presence from their memory.

“It looks like Eight / Kali is left behind by Stranger Things 4. In Season 2, Eleven leaves the lab before him, but in Season 4, Kali appears to be leaving at eleven. Small complaint, but I understand why you should have done it. ”
