Helen frees Christian
In the morning, Elena is in a good mood and prepares breakfast for Christian. The latter tries to regain consciousness by asking to be released, but to no avail. Helen then pulls out a gun and threatens to shoot him in the knee if he doesn’t tell the truth about Victor’s disappearance. Finally, Christian burst into tears.
Because the gun makes a lot of noise, Helen eventually prefers to use the iron to torture her. Just as he is about to take action, he receives a phone call from Claire, who tells him about Lawrence Roussillon, before telling him that he escaped from prison the day Victor disappeared. A new song he is going to learn.
After hanging up, Helen realizes that Christian told her the truth and releases him. Before he leaves, she advises him not to talk to the police or his little case will come up again. Without asking, Christian leaves the scene and rushes to the airport to leave Montpellier.
On the phone, he tells Alix that he is ending their relationship and that he never wants to hear from her or Helen again. If they sell a fake butcher, they will be thrown into the police.
Meanwhile, Helen joins Claire. Now certain that Victor knows Lawrence Roussillon, the nurse fears that her father is in danger. Although he seriously considers the police warning, Helen challenges him to think twice, because he can’t go back.
Afterwards, Helen goes to the workshop to see Alix and Ulysses. Climbing up, the gallerist asks his associate what possessed him to conquer Christian. When Helen believes that he only did it out of blackmail, Alix admits that he made everything up to run the gallery. With tears in her eyes, Elena tells Alix how much she hates what she did. As he returns the compliment, Alix insults him and then demands that he get out of his life once and for all.
Returning to the neighbor, Ulises tells the whole story to Bilal. And it’s even more upsetting that he was counting on fake butchers’ money to pay for his trip to Australia. For Bilal, it’s all good in the end, because Ulysses will be able to devote himself fully to his painting.
In the evening, Claire writes a letter to her father. “Dad, you don’t reply to any messages. We are all sick and worried. We know you’re related to this woman, Laurence Russion, who recently escaped from prison. We don’t know what to do. Should we go to the police or not? We lost it. If you read these lines, please give me a sign of life. If I don’t hear from you within 24 hours I will have no choice but to report it to the police..”, we can read.
Karine gives Maeva a big present
In the morning, Karine shows Maeva’s sketchbook to Vincent, her cousin. The latter took advantage of this moment and gave him his share of the rent. Just then, Maeva returns from the bakery and gives her mother a mail consisting mostly of reminders from the bailiffs. Karine did not even look at them, she puts them in the drawer.
Later, Robin calls Maeve to accompany him on a graffiti session and make new videos that will increase his subscriber count. However, the teenager refuses because he prefers to be alone today to find inspiration.
Not far from there, Tais, Kira and Louis are spending the afternoon on the beach. In this case, Louis tells his friends that Robin has a girlfriend and that it is Maeva. News that doesn’t really sit well with the two young women, as they judge their companion capriciously.
Robin joined them shortly after, confiding in Lewis that Maeve dumped him. If Louis replies that he already did the same to another of their comrades, Robin thinks that it has nothing to do with it, because she felt the feeling between them. When Louis asks if he can say something that he took the wrong way, Robin doesn’t see it.
Not far from there, Alice and Fanny are shopping at a supermarket when they come across Karin stocking the shelves. The fan then goes to chance to ask about Maeva. Once she mentioned her daughter’s fascination with graffiti, Karine says she dreams of going to New York one day. A journey that Karine hopes to be able to offer her one day.
At the end of the day, Karine goes home and gives her daughter some spray paint. Happy, the teenager immediately goes to use them. Vincent, realizing that his cousin used the rent money for his daughter, scolds him for not paying the bills that have accumulated in the drawer. However, only her daughter’s happiness is important to Karine. So she begs Vincent not to worry, then promises to find a way out.
Afterwards, Robin calls Maeve to invite her to go bowling the next day. Of course he refuses. While he tries to find out why she is avoiding him, the teenager replies that he has no money to spend on his “bourgeois” activities. Having nothing to do with it, he urges her to leave him alone before hanging up.
