According to the website The globeLuiza reported that when Bruno went to her house, she did not open the door and that he only left with a threat from his neighbor.

“She said I was going to end her life, that it would be my fault if they took her daughter away from her care. While he’s not a good person, he’s not a bad father. I don’t know if what I experienced was real, I know I never intended to hurt anyone or make history a court case,” she stated.

According to the young woman, the relationship between her and Bruno began in March 2022, and continued until January 27 of this year. A week after the breakup, his wife, Ivy Beatriz, died of Klippel Trenaunay syndrome. Soon after, the photographer had success on social networks with posts in the form of ‘open letters’ about the grief experienced after the death of his partner.

“A week before his wife died, I called him to end our relationship. There were times when we didn’t speak for a week but he always begged to come back, he showed up at my front door saying the split discussion was already going on with Ivy,” he said.

While maintaining the romance, Luiza heard a promise that he would part, so that he could live next to her. However, during the photographer’s mourning, the publicist realized that she had been deceived. “Today I don’t know if everything I experienced was real,” she reflects.

shock and exposure

The young woman decided to report the betrayal after going through a severe depression, and said she felt used by the photographer, who promised to separate from his wife Ivy Beatriz. while she tried to figure out what happened, she was diagnosed with PTSD, severe depression and anxiety.

Luiza attempted suicide three times, until she was hospitalized. She has been in a psychiatric clinic for 20 days and to this day she is being treated with prescription drugs.

“I didn’t want the situation to get to this scale, but I needed people close to me to know my side of the story. On the internet everyone sympathized with Bruno, but I suffered alone. […] Now they are judging me, because people make the internet a court, but I have my own truth”.

The widower denies the allegations

The photographer manifested himself after reports of an alleged lover viralized on social media. “There is evidence that the information transmitted by Luiza da Cunha Lima Rocha does not correspond to the reality of the facts,” Bruno stressed, in a note issued by his lawyers, this Tuesday 18.

According to the document, the initiative is even to protect the honor of Ivy Beatriz, who died five months ago and with whom the photographer was married and has a daughter.

“In the present case, the violation is causing pain to the family and friends of the deceased, as well as contributing to a scenario of ineffectiveness in the protection of personality rights”, reads the note released by the newspaper. The globe.

“The lawyers of Bruno Mendes, Dr. Camilla Xavier and Dr. Isabella Meijueiro, partner of Meijueiro Advogados, have informed that there is evidence that the information provided by Luiza da Cunha Lima Rocha does not correspond to the reality of the facts and that the judicial measures are being taken, above all, so that the vehicles of information do not spread false news.At the request of Mr. Bruno Mendes, who is very shaken by the overexposure, he will spare the disclosure of details about the couple’s intimate life.it is a serious offense to the honor of a person who died 5 (five) months ago, in which there is a grieving family and a minor who deserves to be protected in this moment of grief.

This is because the violation of the honor of the deceased has profound effects on the social environment. In the present case, the violation is causing pain to relatives and friends of the deceased, as well as contributing to a scenario of ineffectiveness in the protection of personality rights. The law aims at exactly the opposite: to protect as much as possible the essential attributes of the human condition. Hence the need to protect post mortem personality, in particular honor, which safeguards the legitimacy to demand the adoption of the necessary measures to inhibit, interrupt or remedy the violation, as desired by art. 12, caput and single paragraph of the Brazilian civil code”.
