This is where it all begins: What awaits you in episode 417 of Wednesday, June 8, 2022 [SPOILERS]

It all starts here on Wednesday, June 8…

In the kitchen, Teisser joins his children to prepare a regional selection for the pastry championship. All three of them know it too late compared to the other brigades. Fortunately, Theo was able to extract some information from Celia. Emmanuel explains to them his dessert for a creative test: it will be based on chocolate and cherries. When they talk, constancy comes. She is not happy to see the children involved in this story of her husband and girlfriend, but she is happy that they are participating in such a prestigious competition.

The championship begins. Chef Cardon presents the terms of the competition. For the imposed test, the topic is sugar. This news is far from the enchantment of the clergy who know the complexity of this technique. The teams have five hours to create a large-format sugar sculpture inspired by Japanese Amezaiku. At the end of the announcement, Celia joins Theo. They make fun of each other who will be the best at this event. Meanwhile, Charlene uses the opportunity to talk to Landiras. He tries to make her nervous by telling her about her mother, who is obviously on the side of her family.

The Teyssier trio begins the test, they must agree on the shape of their sculpture. For Theo he has already found it, it will be an animal. However, Emmanuel does not look at everything that way, he wants to make a cherry branch: a Japanese monument.

For its part, the Landiras team completes its visual design. They want to create a bee skull. If Celia and Mehdi are very motivated, Zakar is on his mind. He did not even notice that a sketch of their realization was ready. Two students worry about their teacher not being so attentive.

Tissiers, in turn, are progressing well. Despite some concerns, they are starting to fit their pieces. The assembly goes perfectly until the whole structure is demolished. There is no question of giving up on Emmanuel, they will start again.

Zakaria’s group gathering goes much better. According to Mehdi, they have a lot of time to create another bee and work out the details. Without explanation, Chief Cardon decides to go and see the progress of their structure. When they meet again, Annabelle seizes the opportunity and asks Landiras what is going on. Clearly, the chef has completely abandoned his team and is not even able to make the right proportions. He has to get up quickly if he does not want to lose early. He mentions their agreement and the sign in his name that awaits him with the key.

Later, the ordeal is over and the chefs are waiting for the jury to review it. Both teams are disappointed, the result does not live up to their expectations. Chef Cardon arrives with the jury, the discussion was quick. Teisier is in third place with 13 points, while Landiras’s team is in first place with 16 points.

At the end of the day, Chef Cardon finds Tessier. It is obvious to him that Annabel is happy with his bad result, but he tells her that it is not so. It’s very unfortunate that he does not give the maximum. There is no doubt for him that this bad assessment is due to this school and all that he has experienced in recent weeks. But if he gives up now, he tells them they can always find an excuse to cover up the case. He will retain the post of director of the institute, though his reputation will be tarnished.

So Emmanuel asks him if his job offer in London is valid, which Annabelle confirms. He will even have Cart Blanc there. However, if he wants a job, he has to leave the next day.

Axel comes to a new private lesson with Salome, who is strangely in a good mood. Before the student offers him to start cooking, he prefers to wait for the jasmine, which they should join soon. Axel is afraid that the class will go wrong and they will start arguing again. Salome apologizes, she has been terribly with him lately, but explains that she has nothing against him. The student admits to him that it is awkward to be alone with him because he has feelings for her. Axel does not understand why he did not tell her about it before, especially since he asked it several times. Suddenly Jasmine comes and interrupts their conversation.

Later, Jasmine shows her boyfriend new techniques. The two girlfriends can’t help but laugh, and neither do Salome. Once the preparation is ready, Salome shows Axel how to remove the base. During the rally, Axel is very close to Salome, which does not bother the student, who is embarrassed and decides to leave the room.

Later, Salome is in the middle of an audit at the library. Axel comes and wants to talk to him. He apologizes for their sudden departure during the lesson. Axel does not blame him and thanks him for his sincerity. Therefore, Teixe’s nephew decides to return the favor and also be honest and admit to Salome that he had feelings for her. Now he feels good with Jasmine and wants to stay with her. Salome totally understands, maybe everything would have been different if she had confessed her feelings earlier.

Deva joins Suleiman in the vegetable garden. Ember, Tom, Kelly and she need some herbs to replicate last year’s test recipes. Suleiman tells them where to find them, but the student seems to have an idea in mind. After some hesitation he asks her questions about the exams and shares her fear of not passing them. Suleiman said Deva has no reason to fear because she is a good student. But Deva found the young man’s answers very dry and she noticed that he was far away after returning. He tries to find out if he has a problem with it. She thinks that despite their separation, they can be friends. But it seems that Suleiman does not share his opinion.

Later Amber, Tommy and Deva are in the kitchen. They train for the exam until the end of the year, but the preparations are unsuccessful. Amber asks Deva for help with the ballots and asks him about Suleiman. Deva explains to her friend that she does not want to be friends with him and eventually misses the newsletter. Exhausted three students do not understand why you have to work with such difficult recipes. Kelly sitting there explodes. He no longer hears the moans of his classmates that he cannot train normally because of his ankle.

In the dressing room, Amber and Tom change. When he arrives, Greg confirms that there is a strong odor: the fear of failure. He finds them much less relaxed than the day before and reads about their preparations. Two first-year students admit to their classmate that they do not know how to learn so many techniques in three weeks. Greg mockingly tells them that it gives them plenty of time to prepare for their reorientation. Irritated Amber is scared. He really does not see how to get out of it, but Tom seems to have an idea.

At home, a young man prepares a schedule to go through his revisions and Kelly reconsiders by his side. It will be impossible for a student to complete the program without a 40-hour day. Once again, Kelly can’t stand her being so defeated. Tommy then tells him about an idea he had that would save them well. He explains to her that her mother could have heard Gio about the exam subjects. But Kelly immediately stops him: his mother would never have done such a thing.
