The 2023 Women’s World Cup has begun! The kick-off was given early this Thursday (20), with the opening ceremony of the World Cup, taking place for the first time in two countries, New Zealand and Australia. The inauguration took place at Eden Park Stadium, in the city of Auckland, New Zealand.
The ceremony was short, but brought regional aspects of the two host countries of the Cup, with lots of lights, dances and cheer from the stands of the Stadium.

After the ceremony, the ball on the lawn began to roll, with the match between New Zealand and Norway kicking off the group stage contest.
