The Joker 2 with Joaquin Phoenix: The director announces a sequel with the title!

So we find the title of this second opus (does it work?): Joker 2: Folie à deux, in French text. Like the first one, the co-writers of the film are Phillips and Scott Silver.

At first glance, this title suggests that Arthur Fleck will no longer be alone with Harley Quinn. A character already played by Margo Robb in the movies and dubbed by Kylie Cuoco in the animation.

But the term “Folie à deux” is also the name of a common psychotic disorder. It refers to a clinical situation in which, during prolonged contact with a delusional subject, the other subject engages in the same behavior.

Todd Phillips has not disclosed any other details under his post, so we will have to wait to find out more.
