Pabllo, Liniker and Jup mention “forbidden friendship” in The City

The three will perform at the festival, and even with completely different styles they believe they have found a synergy

Pabllo Vittar, Liniker and Jup came together to deliver a great performance at the The citybut first, behind the scenes in conversation with Terra, they explained the friendship they built with the music approach.

“If we talk about what we talk about, it’s forbidden (laughs). It’s very nice to be able to have friends within the Brazilian music scene. I think a lot of things we share from our perceptions, how we feel, how we are traveling in this great flow, everyone is. And I think every time we meet it’s an exchange of so much love and boldness and delicious things,” Liniker joked.

“It was very nice, it was very fun. It was also very nice that, in addition to being an artist, I’m a big admirer of Pabllo, so to see her with the band, you know, with the dancers, to have this spoiler, like , you know, for me to go from being an artist to seeing it as a fan. It’s very exciting, the show is very, very good and I’m sure it’s going to be historic, because it’s one of the biggest, right?,” Jup said.

Jep said that even though they had three different styles, this never caused them any difficulty in finding themselves as a good trio.

“I commented on this, I think it’s very curious. Often the industry, you know, places LGBT bodies as a musical genre, right, but here we have three totally different aspects and I think that’s what gives the axé, which gives the flavor of things, you know, we can get stronger. And just like the Power Rangers, we create Back and forth and become even bigger than ourselves,” Jep warned.

“I think the one thing that they are very similar is in their differences. Because we are very different not only in personality but also in musicality. And it’s this spice that I wanted to bring to today’s show here at The Town,” Pablo said.

Liniker believes it was a great opportunity for them to reinvent themselves and they managed to adapt to the tone perfectly.

“I think that every time we have the opportunity to reinvent ourselves, even if everyone has a very different career from the other, it’s very fun because it shows that we have reconstructed imaginaries in Brazil, that we have challenged ourselves and made things like this show memorable” , he said.

“No one. I also sing for girls, so, like, I sing his songs because I already sing in the bank, I already listen, I already feel, I like the atmosphere, so I think it was more a combination of bringing together. The difficulty though was going,” they joked.

Pabllo promised a great show for the audience, joking for them to drink lots of water, as the show promises to be fiery.

“Guys, drink water, because at night you will hear a lot of noise, mother will light the fire. It will be everything, it will be beautiful, hold on,” he concluded.
