The funk singer opened up about the moment she felt a strong connection with Francisco. “I went to visit a school and we donated educational materials to them. The boy who came to honor me was Francisco. I was so excited looking at the other children, that I didn’t pay attention to the fact that he was reading facing forward, with his back to me “he recalled. “When the teacher hit him and put him in front of me it was surreal. I looked at him and said, ‘This boy is my son’. His eyes shone when he spoke to me. It was a different connection, there’s no explanation,” Jojo continued.
