Starfield, a space exploration game from Bethesda (Fallout 4 and Skyrim), will expand into another type of media: live-action series (with “real” people). This is what actor and director Stephen Ford (Kamen Rider and Teen Wolf) recently announced on X (formerly Twitter).
For those in a hurry:
According to the actor’s post, the series will “prepare explorers as they head into the vast expanse of space.” Also according to Ford, the person managing the project is TV presenter and streamer Gina Darling.

I’ve teamed up with Bethesda to create a live-action series, led by Gina Darling, to prepare explorers as they head into the vast expanse of space!
However, there are still no more precise details on the plot, cast and release of the Starfield live-action series. The game is available for PC and Xbox Series, as well as being part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog.
NASA or Starfield?
Starfield was a long-awaited game among RPG fans. The main aspect that attracted (and still attracts) attention to the game is the possibility of exploring more than a thousand planets. Amidst much excitement, a Brazilian fan made the mistake of posting an image saying that the game didn’t look as impressive as promised in the released trailers.
However, the images were not from Starfield, but rather from actual photos taken by NASA’s Perseverance Rover on Mars between March and June 2023.
On X, a user posted a screenshot with the Brazilian’s speech and showing photos of the rover.

Starfield syndrome is real. The guy said “let’s wait for the final version because the picture doesn’t look good”. He doesn’t know that these are real photos of Mars taken by a NASA rover.
After Starfield it will become a live-action series, reveals the director, which appeared for the first time on Olhar Digital.
