The actress of This Is Us posted the headline of the Variety on the subject, questioning whether the measure of SAG-AFTRA was actually necessary for strike negotiations, as “too many people in our industry have been making enormous sacrifices for months.”

Already Reynolds mocked the Halloween costume rules manual, pointing out how they would affect children. “I’m looking forward to shouting ‘scab!’ in my eight-year-old daughter’s face all Halloween night. She’s not part of the union, but she needs to learn.”
In response to criticism, the SAG-AFTRA released a statement this Friday (20), ensuring that its priority continues to be negotiations with Hollywood studios. In a note released by The Hollywood Reporterthe union claims the rules were published “in response to community members asking us how to support strike action this festive season”.
