A year ago, Netflix subscribers found the fiery Enola Holmes, played by the talented Millie Bobby Brown, on their screens. This new adaptation of the Nancy Springer novels has been a huge success and has prompted calls for a sequel. And it comes to become official by the streaming platform.
The Stranger Things actress will once again slip into the role of the heroine in Enola Holmes 3, which is currently being written. The writers’ strike in Hollywood has most likely stalled the project, and the ongoing actors’ strike should affect future developments.
No date has been announced for Enola Holmes 3 yet, but we’ll have to wait until at least 2025 to see his adventures continue on Netflix. At the end of the second episode, Enola Holmes opened her new office next to Edith’s jiu-jitsu studio and began her romantic relationship with Tewksbury (Lewis Partridge).
We don’t yet know which Springer book will make it to the screen, but we do know that it will mark the arrival of a very important character.
