Hollywood: Strike ends, actors reach agreement after 118 days of mobilization

This is the end of a historic strike in Hollywood, the longest by actors. After 118 days of mobilization, negotiations and confrontation with major studios and streaming platforms united under the AMPTP banner (Alliance of Film and Television Producers), American actors (represented by SAG-AFTRA, Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) finally reached an agreement this Wednesday, November 8, which was unanimously accepted by representatives of the Actors’ Union.
