Ian has suspended his functions
Emma and Pierre are back from their little romantic getaway. Given the injury, Emma urges her to file a lawsuit against Ian. However, Pierre prefers to get advice from a lawyer before making a decision.
Ian, on the other hand, runs his hands under cold water. When Johanna, who has been waiting for him for most of the evening, tries to find out what he did to her hand, the policeman finally admits to her that he hit Pierre. Fearing that the next step will be to kill him, she reminds him that he is a police officer and that he is required to exercise minimal control even outside of his duties. However, Ian cannot control himself when he sees Pierre. As he refuses to let her ruin his life, Johanna advises him to seek the help of a psychologist, but Ian stops the conversation to go to sleep.
The next day, Ian goes to the police station and tells Hugo about his ordeal. Although he understands his friend’s plight, Hugo realizes that punching him in the face won’t make the pain go away. Although he risked a lot for what he did, Lt. Cross is confident that Pierre will not press charges against him.
Meanwhile, Florenti advises Pierre to file a complaint so that this type of attack does not happen again. According to him, this is the only way for Ian to understand that he has gone too far and to get out of this spiral of violence into which he has fallen.
Florent and Pierre then go to the police station to file a complaint for assault and battery. Becker summons Ian without waiting and then informs him that he is being suspended for three days as a precaution. Even if he doesn’t like the decision, Lt. Cross will be forced to surrender his badge and weapon. But Lt. Cross has a lot more to lose in this story…
MARC makes good decisions
Mark didn’t have time to go shopping. As a result, no more cereal or coffee for breakfast. Louis and his father eat ravioli straight from the box, which has a knack for irritating Leonore.
When she arrives at work, Leonor complains to Carine. In fact, he can’t stand the chaos in the house anymore, and even more so that Mark is letting everything go to his son. A discussion that did not go unnoticed by Enrique, who regrets that the journalist does not care about his partner.
In the afternoon, Leonor receives a message from Louis asking if he found his book on modern man. That’s why Leonor calls her son and urges him to look in the dirty laundry or in the refrigerator. Realizing that she is being laughed at, the teenager begs her to buy him another book, but Leonore flatly refuses and then urges him to reconsider his mess.
Immediately Louis begins to turn the house upside down, but to no avail. Mark, who sees her doing this, finally offers to buy the book from her the next morning and deliver it at lunchtime. After thanking his father, Louis wanted to make his chicken curry for dinner. Since they don’t feel like going shopping, Mark and Louie order pizza.
After noticing the chaos at home, Mark understands why Leonor would rather spend her free time with her colleagues than stay at home. Therefore, the journalist intends to change their habits, which does not charm Louis.
At the end of the day, Leonor returns home. And it is enough to say that the latter is happy to see that the apartment is clean and tidy.
