Park Hoon dreams of following the same path as his father, Park Cheol (Kim Sang-joong), a famous surgeon sent to North Korea during a military clash. He then grows up and, on occasion, flees the country, but leaves behind him the girl he fell in love with.

In Seoul, the capital of South Korea, he finds work in a well-known hospital, where he begins his journey to prove himself as an excellent surgeon. However, the character encounters difficulties, as not everyone who works there is happy with his arrival.

The drama starts to get even more interesting when a new doctor arrives at the hospital. However, this is not what makes the story more interesting, but rather the fact that she is identical to Jae-hee and does not recognize Park Hoon.
The Doctor Stranger series was launched in 2014. It consists of 20 episodes and has only one season.
