The British duo celebrates 40 years of career with a live show
The duo Pet Shop Boys celebrates its 40 years of career with the show “Dreamworld: The Hits Live”which will be shown at the cinema chain UCI next Wednesday, 31st, and Sunday, February 4th. The duo, famous for hits from the 80s and 90s like “Always on My Mind” and formed by Neil Tennant and Chris Loweinspired artists such as Lady Gaga, Calvin Harris and The Killers.
Fans can now purchase tickets for the performance on theUCI.
Since 1984, the Pet Shop Boys have been delighting their audiences with presentations full of artistic sets and visual effects that come to life in the state-of-the-art cinemas of the UCI. The concert, directed by the experienced David Barnardwho has worked with names such as Radiohead, Gorillaz and Björk, It was filmed in high quality 4k using 14 cameras. Among the songs in the repertoire, classics such as “West end girls,” “Suburbia,” “Opportunities (Let’s make lots of money),” “Left to my own devices,” “Rent” and “Domino dancing.”
In 2023 the cinema chain UCI also reproduced the show Roger Waters, “Roger Waters: This Is Not a Drill — Live Prague” which was shown in May.
