From the succession of press releases it appears that, after Bolsonaro shared the news, Mauro Cid also sent it to the allies. Former councilors Marcelo Câmara and Filipe Martins received the message sent by the CID.
Martins responded to the soldier with another piece of news, pointing out and emphasizing that the draft had been handwritten. In the exchange of messages, the CID then forwards this information to former President Bolsonaro.
Marcelo Câmara responded to Cid that he did not see “gravity”. “Doc did not follow the decision because he might not have had legal support,” the former councilor wrote.
For the Federal Police, the intense exchange of messages after the search and seizure carried out in Anderson Torres’ home “confirms knowledge of the existence and content of the document”.
“As described, the information gathered revealed that JAIR BOLSONARO received a draft decree presented by FILIPE MARTINS and AMAURI FERES SAAD to carry out a coup d’état, which detailed the alleged interference of the judiciary in the executive power and ultimately decreed the arrest of several authorities, including the ministers of the Federal Supreme Court, ALEXANDRE DE MORAES and GILMAR MENDES, as well as the President of the Senate RODRIGO PACHECO and finally ordered the holding of new elections. Subsequently changes were made at the request of the then President, remaining the arrest order of Minister ALEXANDRE DE MORAES and the holding of new elections”, reads the document which reports the details of the investigations culminating in the PF operation.
