One of the first major roles of Sylvester Stallone in cinemas was John Ramboa character he played until 2019. Now, the legendary actor from Hollywood revealed who could take on the mantle in the coming years.
During an interview with The Tonight ShowStallone revealed how he would have no problem “passing the baton” if there is a reboot or remake of Rambo. The main choice for him would be Ryan Goslingone of the most prominent and successful actors in recent years, star of productions such as Barbie (2023) and Blade Runner 2049 (2017).
“I knew [Gosling] at a dinner party, who said, ‘I was fascinated by Rambo and used to go to school dressed as Rambo and people kicked me out and I still haven’t stopped. I would take a vacation like Rambo,'” he recalled. “He just said he had a lot of sympathy for Rambo.”
And I thought, you know, that’s interesting. If I ever pass the baton, I will pass it to him because he loves the character.
