In recent days, images of the possible new Corinthians shirt have been leaked on social media. The photos released could concern Timão’s model 1 for the 2024 season. The club and Nike, Alvinegro’s sports supplier, do not confirm the veracity, but say that it is similar to the one that should be launched in the coming months.
The new No. 1 jersey, traditionally white, would have black gradient details on the sleeves and front and back bars. Unlike the other models, in which there were black details in the central part of the uniform. Model 2, of which no image has been leaked, is expected to be predominantly black.
Corinthians normally presents its new kit between the end of April and the beginning of May. However, a presentation in April or even March cannot be ruled out. On the other hand, the third shirt is traditionally launched in September, the club’s anniversary month.
Indeed, the current models used by Corinthians and launched last season pay homage to the Corinthian Democracy, a movement organized in the 1980s by names such as Sócrates and Csagrande. This year the theme of the uniforms has not yet been made public by the club.
While waiting to receive the new uniform, Corinthians is preparing to take the field again on Thursday (14th). Timão faces São Bernardo, at the 1° de Maio stadium, in the second phase of the Copa do Brasil.
