All you miss is one creature and everything is inhabited… During the seventh season of the CANNESERIES festival, which takes place from Friday 5 April to Wednesday 10 April 2024, AlloCiné had the opportunity to speak with Tim Russo, Killian’s translator at Plus. belle la vie, even plus belle on TF1 (the soap opera airs Monday to Friday at 1:40 p.m.).

“Michel Cordes was a great man”

At our microphone, the young actor remembered his partner Michelle Cordes, who died in 2023. To recall, he recalled the role of Roland, the famous owner of Bar Le Mistral, who was also Killian’s father.

Tim Russo fondly said of the man with whom he once shared many scenes:He was like a grandfather to me, he was my father in real life! Michel Cordes was truly a great man.

He was very inspiring because he was someone who was everywhere in my work when I was starting to work (…) Entering Plus belle la vie is like the third chapter of my life and Michel is one of the pillars of that period. for me“- explains the actor.

“She had the most beautiful smile in the world”

He had the most beautiful smile in the world. He had old-fashioned habits that we loved because he was from an older generation, but he was very cute. He was extremely endearing, we miss him and some will miss him forever– says Tim Russo.

Since the release of Plus belle la vie, even plus belle on TF1, Michelle Cordes has been paid some discreet tributes in the storylines. Besides, are there any other moments to honor the memory of the latter?

There is a small wink. For example, Killian is on stage and a friend has an idea. There, my character replies, “It’s funny you say that because my father, Roland, would love it!” There are such things– replied Tim Russo with a smile.

Moments of sober emotion to follow Plus belle la vie, even plus belle.
