Betinho: No Fio da Navalha competes at the Cannes Series Festival

Globoplay production, starring Júlio Andrade (Sob Pressão), competes in six categories at the event, which announces the winners this Wednesday (10)

The producers and cast of Betinho: On the Edge of the Razor, a Globoplay series, is in Cannes, France, to participate in Canneseries, the Cannes International Series Festival, which has been taking place since April 5th and, this Wednesday (10th), announces the winners of the year in its closing ceremony. Brazilian production competes in six categories.

Betinho: On the Edge of the Razor is produced by Globoplay in partnership with AfroReggae and tells the story of the sociologist Herbert José de SouzaO Betinho, which became a symbol in the fight against hunger in Brazil. He founded the project “Citizenship Action against Hunger, Misery and for Life” in 1993, four years before he died due to complications from AIDS.
