Clotilda and Joachim got married
It’s a big day for Clotilda and Joachim! The bride-to-be gets her sister’s help with her hair and makeup, while her companion chooses an outfit to get ready with Antoine. At the same time, Clotilda receives a call from the singer who was hired for the ceremony. This can no longer be done due to loss of voice. Joachim promises to find a way out.
At the Institute, Vicky and Enzo try to understand why Mehdi filed for divorce. They emphasize that Hortense is going through a difficult phase after the sudden death of her father. For Mehdi, that doesn’t change the fact that their relationship has been struggling for some time.
After which Mehdi meets Hortense at the commissary. She apologizes to him for everything she did. He admits that he was unfair to her because he didn’t realize all the sacrifices she made for him and their relationship. She promises that she won’t stand in his way anymore by agreeing to sign the divorce papers.
Meanwhile, Joachim is getting ready at Antoine’s house with Gaetan and Jeremy. Laetitia joins them with her camera to immortalize the scene. Joachim then remembers her vocal talent and asks her to replace the absent singer at the reception.
In the kitchen, Maya, Leonard and Malik finished their menu. They are tired from all the work done. Maya can no longer stand the atmosphere of weddings and offers her friends to create a singles club. The rules of the club are simple: no romance; without rotation; No trouble. Leonard and Malik are all in.
Everyone gathers in the room to celebrate the union of Clotilde and Joachim. Chef Armand walks down the aisle on Jeremy’s arm and joins his beloved. As witnesses, Rose and Gaitan are present with the mayor presiding over the ceremony. The future spouses each say their vows, exchange rings, then kiss. They were officially announced as husband and wife to the applause of the guests.
During the reception, Clotilda thanks Hortense and her crew for their work. She also added a personal note of thanks to Hortense for making sure Jeremy attended her wedding. Instead, Hortense sings the praises of the couple created by Clotilde and Jeremy. Moved, Hortense leaves the room under Mehdi’s brooding eyes.
Then it’s time for Laetitia to take the stage and sing the first song of Clotilde and Joachim. They own the dance floor, and most of the guests are impressed by Laetitia’s vocal talent. Zakaria is under a spell. When Antoine suggests that Stanislaus continue Letitia’s singing at Double A, Butler is also very sensitive to her voice.
Later, Clotilde receives congratulations from Teysier and then from her son. Jeremy admits that his mother is very happy with Joachim and regrets putting obstacles in their way. As a sign of peace, Clotilde accompanies Jérème to the table where Sabine is, to invite him to dance.
Outside, Mehdi finds Hortense brooding. The young man admits that he was wrong a little earlier: he is not a brake for him, but an engine of progress. Both confess to each other that they miss each other before kissing…
The contest began between Tessier and Mayer
At Institute Park, Anais meets Chef Meyer to tell him that she accepts his proposal. Delighted, the latter asks him to think about Monday’s menu. Despite the little time she has left, Anais promises to be there.
A little later, Anais tells Salome that Tacy made a very bad decision. The latter actually characterized Meyer as the devil and implied that he was going to manipulate him. Anais is sad that she disappointed her mentor. Salome thinks his ego is a bit bruised, but deep down she must be happy to see him back on his feet.
During the wedding of Clotilde and Joachim, Teissier meets Mayer. He accuses her of poaching her best element, adding that she will surely destroy Anais like she did with her previous collaborator. Mayer retorts that he’s only giving a promising young chef a chance and that he has no choice but to go through with it.
At the end of the marriage, Teissier confesses to Constance that he intends to keep Anais by telling her about his project. Constance thinks it’s premature because she hasn’t written anything yet. He also reminds her that this project was originally meant for Charlene. Teissier says her daughter will never be a great chef.
