Avatar 2: Trailer censored in US theaters. why

Last May, the trailer for Avatar: The Way of Water appeared on the Internet, causing phenomenal enthusiasm! Therefore, public excitement for this sequel to the 2009 classic is still very much alive.

This first trailer even broke audience records, proving that the Avatar franchise still generates huge interest, even 13 years after the release of the first opus.

An aspect of this trailer was recently censored in US theaters. In the wake of the recent school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, the rifle Jake Sully was holding on one line has been replaced with a spear.

These censored images from The Way of the Water were censored prior to the Buzz Lightyear sessions, and they will also be censored during the Minions 2 sessions.

Their idyllic life close to nature is threatened when the dangerous NGO Resource Development Administration returns to Pandora.

Forced to leave their natural habitat, Jake and his family head to the reefs where they think they can find refuge. But they encounter a clan, the Metkaina, who have different customs.
