Theo managed to convince his father to go to a gastronomy congress in Arles. Thus, first years will have the opportunity to take a remedial test this afternoon. Clotilde and Antoine called Ambre to tell her the good news. However, Chef reminds the student that they must be uncompromising if they want to convince Taysier to return them to the Institute. Amber knows this and assures them that they will do their best. Clotilde shares the terms with her: they will have two hours to prepare the dish, then Antoine and she must convince Emmanuel to taste them. The young woman is very happy and will pass on the information to her friends.

At the same time, Teissier realizes that he has forgotten something: today is the anniversary of his meeting with Constance. After apologizing, Emanuel plans to cancel his congressional appearance to spend time with her. The nurse reminds him that he has to fulfill his obligations, and then assures him that his birthday will be celebrated on another day. Emmanuel promises forgiveness.

Meanwhile, the exam at the institute will start soon, but Jasmine has a terrible stomach ache. He admits that Axel is stressed by the idea of ​​failing the exam and thus leaving the institution. Her boyfriend offers her an experience to comfort her: to visualize the ordeal in a positive way in her head. His plan works and Jasmine feels better.

After a few seconds, the ordeal begins. Excluded students should breed coastal turbot flowing with pea fir buds and Tahitian vanilla. As for Jasmine, she has to make a vegetarian version of the dish. Students do not waste time and start preparing.
