Fans of the NFL, the American football league in the United States, have acquired another way to watch at least some games of the season. Netflix has announced that, in 2024, it will exclusively broadcast the championship’s traditional Christmas matches worldwide.
In other words, for those who are passionate about this sport, on December 25th this year it will be enough to access the streaming giant to watch one of the two games that will be broadcast on the platform: Kansas City Chiefs x Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens x Houston Texans.

The agreement between Netflix and the NFL to broadcast games on Christmas Day will last three years. So in addition to the two games in 2024, the stream will also air at least one more game in 2025 and another in 2026 over the Christmas holidays.
Netflix and the NFL have collaborated in the past
“There are no annual live events, sporting or otherwise, comparable to the crowds that NFL football attracts. We are very excited that Christmas Day NFL games will be available only on Netflix,” says Bela Bajaria, Chief Content Officer at Netflix.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be the first professional sports league to partner with Netflix to bring live games to fans around the world,” said Hans Schroeder, NFL executive vice president of media distribution.
