Moana 2: the trailer breaks the record as Disney’s most viewed; watch

Moana 2 It hasn’t been released in cinemas yet and it’s already showing signs of success, just like the first one. Disney released the first trailer for the sequence on Wednesday (29), which soon reached 178 million views, breaking the record as the studio’s most-watched animation segment in 24 hours.

The dethroned brand Inside out 2with 157 million, and Frozen 2, with 116 million. On social media the studio celebrated the historic number and thanked its fans.

Moana tells the story of a teenager who lives in an ancient world in the South Pacific and dreams of having freedom and having adventures. An all-time success for Disney, the first film grossed $643.3 million and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Animation and Best Original Song.
