HMD Skyline reveals the look of the Nokia Lumia and Atlas should be new and affordable


The likely look of HMD Skyline has been leaked taking inspiration from the Nokia Lumia line and Atlas is expected to be an affordable new product

After previous reports it has already emerged that HMD plans to announce the Skyline as a model inspired by the old line Nokia Lumia, new leaks bring updated information on the device. Furthermore, details have also been released on the Atlas, a mobile phone that should fall into the affordable intermediary segment.



The Skyline was shown in the leaked images with a yellow texture and straight edges which refers to models previously released with the system windows Telephone. More specifically, the device resembles the Lumia 920.

However, its display is more similar to current Android phones, as it has rounded edges and a circular cutout to house the front camera. The device will also have an in-display fingerprint reader for biometric authentication.

According to what has already been said in previous news, the list of HMD Skyline specifications should include:

In turn, the HMD Atlas should bring features more similar to other models already announced by the brand. Practically, it is expected to be the successor to the 2022 Nokia G400.

To do this, he must have a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor as the main component of the performance. The platform caters to affordable mobile phones and It already appears in models such as the Redmi 12 5G sold in Brazil.

The Atlas technical sheet must however consist of:

  • At least a version with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory
  • 6.64-inch IPS LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate
  • Camera system with 48 MP main sensor, 5 MP ultrawide and depth sensor
  • 16MP front camera
  • 5,500 mAh battery with QuickCharge 4.0 refills
  • Price approximately US$240 (~R$1,284)

There’s no confirmation yet as to when the devices will launch, but it’s possible they’ll arrive in the next few weeks. Until then, more information may be released through new leaks.
