Paulista and with four ATP titles, he followed Pedro Boscardin to Lima
Thomaz Bellucci, a Brazilian tennis legend with four ATP titles and 21st in the world rankings, will make his coaching debut this week. The information comes from Instagram @brasilnotenis.
The Sao Paulo native, originally from Tietê, accompanies the young Pedro Boscardin in the Challenger 50 tournament in Lima, Peru, in a campaign in which the Santa Catarina native will reach the final and seek his biggest title this Sunday against an Argentinian, Juan Cerundolo or Juuan Bautista Torres.
Boscardin recently transferred to the Tennis Route academy in Rio. The work with Bellucci complements that done with João Zwetsch.
Bellucci retired from tennis last year at the Rio Open and has since declared his desire to work as a coach.
