What is the story of Strange Way?

In history, David (Lucas Limeira, Nêgo’s head), an experimental filmmaker, returns to Brazil for the first time in ten years, when his feature film is set to premiere at a film festival in Ceará.

Despite being focused on presenting his work, his thoughts end up straying to his father, who he hasn’t seen or heard from since leaving the country. When the COVID-19 pandemic intensifies and quarantine is declared, David He is forced to knock on the door of his father’s house.

From there, they begin an uncomfortable coexistence. While David tries to get to know his father and gain his interest, the old man proves to be inscrutable and capricious as increasingly strange things begin to happen around him.
