M. Night Shyamalan and Josh Hartnett come to Brazil to promote Armadilha

News tells the story of a serial killer who takes his daughter to see a show, but discovers that he has fallen into a trap set for him

Warner Bros. Pictures announced on Wednesday (3) that the director M. Night Shyamalan and the actor Josh Hartnett come to Brazil to promote the filmmaker’s new film, Trapwhich hits theaters on August 8.

In a publication on social media, Hartnett revealed that the cast and director will take the film’s global tour to cities such as New York, Madrid, Berlin, London, Rome and, finally, São Paulo. The team will arrive here between July 19th and 20th. Check out the announcement:

What is the story of Trap?

In Trapfrom the same director of hits like Sixth Sense (1999), Signals (2002) and, more recently, Knock on the Door (2023), a father takes his daughter to a pop singer’s concert. However, when he notices strange movement at the venue, he discovers that, in fact, everything had been set up to capture a serial killerwhich is himself. Check out the preview:

In addition to Josh Hartnett, Trap still has Ariel Donoghue (A Wolf Like Me), Hayley Mills (The Wheel of Time), Marnie McPhail (The Dream Man), Vanessa Smythe (The Expanse) It is Saleka Shyamalan (Time), daughter of Shyamalan.
