Fint in the Night Number 1 on Netflix: Did you find out the ending of this amazing thriller with Riccardo Scamarzio?

It’s now the number 1 movie on Netflix, and it’s coming straight from Italy. Directed by Renazio De Maria, this high-tension thriller is two faces familiar to TV and movie fans.

Annabelle Wallis (Peaky Blinders, Star Trek: Discovery, Annabelle and Malignant) and Riccardo Scamarchio (Polisse, Dalida, John Wick 2, La Scuola Cattolica and Tre Piani) star in this feature film that combines family drama and exciting investigation.

In The Fainted in the Night, they play Elena and Pietro, a couple with a tumultuous relationship in the midst of a divorce, fighting for custody of their children Bianca and Giovanni. Elena is an American psychiatrist with a medication problem, while Pietro has a troubled past and is in debt.

One evening, while Pietro is enjoying the weekend with his children at his secluded country house, Bianca and Giovanni disappear. Joined by his ex-wife Elena, Pietro believes that his children may have been kidnapped by enemies from the past.

Their fears are confirmed when they receive a call from a kidnapper who demands 150,000 euros for their children. The couple have no choice but to turn to Nicolas, a fake ex-boyfriend, for the money they need. But the latter assigns Pietro a dangerous job before handing over the funds to him.

After completing his “mission”, Pietro finds that his life has changed and everyone is behaving strangely. Thinking he is going crazy, Pietro will continue his investigation to find out who molested him and why his children were kidnapped.

What should we understand from the end of “Fanished in the Night”?

Warning, spoilers. The following paragraphs illustrate plot elements from the movie Last Night.

When he returns from “her” with the money, Pietro discovers that his children are alive and safe with his wife Elena. The latter thinks he is crazy and threatens to return to America with Bianca and Giovanni.

Completely lost, Pietro continues to investigate what happened. And he realizes it was none other than his wife Elena who drugged and kidnapped their children in the middle of the night and paid a man to pose as the kidnapper.

The purpose of the maneuver was to get Pietro back to his senses in exchange for the ransom money, and to use this action against him in their conflict over the custody of the children.

When Pietro finds her at the airport before Elena and the kids fly to the United States, he confronts her and explains that he can use the drug residue in the children’s bodies against her, and she confesses.

Elena explains to Pietro that she doesn’t see any other way to resolve their situation because she doesn’t want to compromise on custody of her children. Pietro doesn’t get angry and tells her that he won’t call the police and won’t tell the kids anything for their own good. He advises her to go to the United States alone while he takes the children.

Before they go their separate ways, Elena tells him that she still has feelings for him and that the kiss they shared earlier was real. Back at his country house, Pietro ends up using the drug money to pay off his debts.

If Fainting in the Night seems to end “well,” the final scene raises questions. A shadowy figure watches Pietro and the children from the garden. But we clearly recognize Elena. what is he doing there Will he hurt Pietro or the children? is this a hallucination

The film doesn’t give any more answers and ends with this open ending. But we can imagine that the pairing created by Pietro and Elena is twisted and complicated enough for them to eventually come back after these ordeals, given that Pietro looked nostalgically at the family photo and that he didn’t alert the police or the kids.
