In the main role, the public will find Colin Farrell, who is always transformed thanks to many prosthetics. The showrunner explains that the eight-episode series will delve into the world of the Batman villain:

We live in the heart of the city. Oz rains and shines. You can’t always trust him. He is very intelligent and very methodical, but also extremely impulsive. You can’t predict what he’s going to do.

Lauren LeFranc also reveals that the series will connect Matt Reeves’ Batman and the sequel, which is expected on September 30, 2026.We jump almost straight into Matt Reeves’ planned second film.”

After two abandoned series projects, one about Gotham Police and the other about Arkham Asylum, creator Lauren LeFranc reveals that a new spin-off project is being explored:We look at all the possibilities when it comes to Batman’s world – his antagonists, all the crimes to be committed in the city – and try to figure out where the best areas are to explore.

Alongside Colin Farrell, fans will also find Christine Miliot and Michael Zegen, both playing the children of Carmine Flaccone – John Turturro in Batman. They will star alongside Clancy Brown as one of Gotham’s biggest gangsters, Salvatore Maron.
