Appliances, broken furniture, mattresses and other bulky items can be sorted out
The Bota-Fora project, promoted by the Municipal Department of Urban Cleaning (DMLU), serves 22 communities this week. Services will take place from Tuesday 15th to Friday 18th Tuesday, in the communities of Três Figueiras (Campo Novo), Anlok (Campo Novo), Campos do Cristal (Campo Novo), Kanazawa (Vila Nova), Retiro. from Ponta Grossa (Ponta Grossa), Chapéu do Sol (Belém Novo), Túnel Verde (Ponta Grossa) and Serra Verde (Lomba do Pinheiro).
Appliances, broken furniture, mattresses and other bulky items can be sorted out. This prevents irregularly discarded material from blocking waterways, drains and causing flooding. The project serves regions in situations of social vulnerability.
Recommendation – Residents must deposit materials in front of their homes the evening before, or by 7.30am on the day of Bota-Fora. The service is advertised through posters displayed in health units, markets, schools, bars and neighborhood associations.
