Volkswagen and Audi now offer armored cars by subscription

The VW Sign&Drive subscription program includes armored versions of the T-Cross and Taos; Audi also offers the armored Q5 by subscription in Brazil

Now it is possible to sign a Volkswagen armored car in Brazil. The German automaker’s subscription service, VW Sign&Drive, has just announced armored versions of the T-Cross and Taos Highline. With plans starting from R$5,529, the service promises deliveries in just seven days even in the city of Sao Paulo (SP) and has the same benefits as other subscription plans, with durations ranging from 12 to 36 months.

According to Volkswagen Financial Services Brasil (VWFS), the company responsible for the service, the advantage is the speed of receiving the armored car via signature, with deadlines of seven working days in Greater São Paulo, Campinas and Ribeirão Preto; 15 days in the other municipalities of São Paulo and in the cities of Brasilia, Goiânia, Curitiba and Belo Horizonte; and 30 days in the rest of the country.

In comparison, the brand points out that other companies take three months or more to deliver cars with this protection. “The prompt delivery differential reinforces our commitment to serving a demanding public, who values every minute and cannot wait months for the delivery of an armored car,” says Simone Caracante Moras, Marketing and Sales Director of VWFS Brasil.
