Teissier forces Anais to work with Milan

At her roommate in the swamp, Vicky tells Enzo about the challenge Anais has accepted: in less than two weeks, she has organized a special event at Double A to present her menu to all the great chefs. The young woman even said that she would return the apron if any of them criticized her. Enzo finds this challenge particularly risky, but Anais assures us that it’s what he needs. He takes the opportunity to ask Vic to be his second. The latter accepts with pleasure.

In turn, Teissier contacted her entire address book to send out invitations to Anais’ special event. If he thinks it’s a great idea and promises not to let it go, Constance fears he’s playing with fire.

At the Institute, Milan meets Sam, who has come to Double A for dinner. When he sees Anais from a distance, he expresses interest in her. But Milan asks him to keep his distance and not approach her.

In the kitchen, Anais and Vicky brainstorm a recipe for the perfect egg. Teissier comes to see them and decides to release Vicky from the second position. He believes that Anais should step out of her comfort zone and thus avoid working with someone who will lead her in the wrong direction. Instead, Teissier suggests organizing a test in the afternoon, where students will have to volunteer to come up with the perfect egg-based recipe. After the blind tasting, Anais will have to choose the best plate and the student who will make it will be the runner-up.

Later, during service, Anais asks a customer about her perfect egg recipe. She runs into Sam, who offers to go for a drink to discuss her recipe in more detail. Milan, who overhears their conversation, should not interfere. When Anais decides to go back to the kitchen, Milan interrupts her to find out if Sam has been flirting with her. The young woman replies that she has no responsibility to him. Teissier is forced to separate them to avoid a scandal in front of customers.

After which Teissier questions Enzo about the exact nature of Anais and Milan’s relationship. Thus, he realizes that they have a history and that their breakup has led to Anais’ lack of inspiration at Double A these days.

In the afternoon, Teissier oversees the kitchen’s test of the perfect egg. Anais decides to walk carefully to see who the candidates are. When he realizes that Milan is one of them, he asks Teissier to remove him from the race, claiming that he does not work with first years. The boss listens to him, then throws him out.

At the end of the test, the blind person returns to the kitchen for tasting. Both flavor each plate, but one in particular stands out. Anais decides that the student who did this will be her second. When Teissier reveals to her that it is Milan, Anais refuses to cooperate with him. But the director of the institute does not leave him a choice…

Alice is in Antoine’s view

In the first year class, Alice instructs Mateo to retrieve a specific type of flour from the commissary. However, the young man returns with only one type of flour because there is no longer what his teacher asked for. Alice then decides to cancel the lesson.

A little later, in the park, Antoine overhears Matteo, Sabre, and Gaspard discussing canceling Alice’s baking class because of a lack of flour. Antoine rushes to talk to Alice about it, letting her know that instead of scrapping everything, he could adjust it. But the young woman replies that she does not understand him because he is not a chef.

Antoine then decides to ask Clotilde for her opinion on the matter. He admits that Alice is a little too rigid. At the same time, Gaspard overhears their conversation and hears Antoine say that the next time Alice slips, he will warn Teyssier.

Lionel, Tom and Quentin are complicit in the fraud

At the atelier, Enzo organizes a raffle to choose a new young master chef to run the restaurant-lab. So he asks the students to write their names in the ballot box. While Tom and Quentin are afraid to be chosen because they don’t feel ready, Lionel is very confident in his concept.

But a little later, Tom and Quentin surprise Lionel, who spoils the urami. The latter admits that he does not want to paint because he does not feel ready. The three boys then decide to post some ballots in Mehdi’s name.

At the end of the day, Enzo is casting lots and comes across a ballot in Mehdi’s name. Then he decides to draw lots for the students who will be part of his brigade, and only casts ballots in Mehdi’s name. Quentin, Lionel and Tom confess to their deception. Enzo announces that he will choose the next chef for the lab restaurant based on their pitch in consultation with Rose.
