“I have no such modesty“
In an interview with AlloCiné, the actor answered: “I come from a sporty background, I also practiced water sports. I mean, that’s the context in which I’ve spent a lot of my life on bodies of water, where we’re shirtless or in bathing suits. Thanks to this, I am very comfortable with my body.
“I don’t have a problem with appearing naked in a movie or TV series, as long as it’s justified. In Commandant Saint-Barr, I found it very justified in this case, because this guy is also comfortable with it.“, explains Florent Peyre.
“This is the way of life for him and those around him, whatever their physique and complex. And then it’s fun to watch this very free-spirited guy who goes swimming in the morning, takes a shower with his butt facing the ocean, who is very happy… (laughs) It’s part of him.“, laughs the actor.
The first two episodes of Commandant Saint-Barth air on TF1 tonight at 9.10pm, then available for replay on TF1+.
