Thursday January 9 Tomorrow belongs to us…
Joel breaks the slave
Early in the morning, Georges regrets not telling Joel the truth about his mother. Melody replies that she also tried to convince Mona Joel to admit that he did not want to live together, but the latter refused for fear of breaking his lover’s heart.
Late in the morning, Georges helps Joel carry the new mattress he bought to please Mona. Georges realizes that the box spring is too heavy, cumbersome, and that he has to carry it up the stairs.
After a failed attempt, the two men realize that the mattress is too big to fit on the small ladder. Joel decides to buy another one, but George finally admits it: “I should have said it before, but buying a new bed doesn’t do any good. My mother doesn’t want to live as a couple, neither with you nor with her.”
In the afternoon, Joel goes to Spon to pick up the keys to his apartment. Mona confesses the truth to him: she wants to keep her independence. Joel was heartbroken that he had lied like this: “What hurts me is that you don’t trust me and treat me like a ten-year-old child.”
The slave apologizes to the companion, but the latter replies that it is too late, the damage has been done. Mona gives him the keys to the place and Joel leaves speechless…
Bart has feelings for Rachel
Bart, on the other hand, wakes up in the same bed as… Rachel. They hug, then kiss. But in reality it’s just a dream. When he does wake up, Bart finds himself face to face with Timothy.
At the same time, Rachel appears in his room and surprises him with a big smile. Surprised, he asks if everything is okay, and he answers: “Yes, no problem.”
In the morning, Bart tells Roxanne about his dream. The latter is not surprised to learn that her best friend is in love with her roommate. Bart confides in him: “At first I really thought of him as a friend, and then I grew attached to him.”
Roxanne advises Bart to confess his feelings to the young woman, but the young man replies that things are complicated because of Timothy. Indeed, the latter is also in love with Rachel: “Timothy is great, I can’t do this, I don’t want to hurt you.”
In front of her friend’s kindness, Roxanne tells him: “With an attitude like that, you’re going to be single for the rest of your life.” Will Bart follow Roxanne’s advice?
Later in the morning, Roxanne meets Timothy in the break room. The latter tells him that he understood that he could not make love with Rachel in his room. Roxanne asks him if he’s not too disappointed, and he replies: “Yes, but I cannot go against science.”
Bart is cooking in the evening. He confides in Rachel that he cooks this dish for fun, which he loves so much. Rachel takes the opportunity to reveal to him that she has moved in with her ex-girlfriend. Bart smiles again until Rachel adds that she doesn’t want a new relationship: “I have to think about myself and rebuild myself.”
The identity of the shooter is known
At Seth’s police station, Aurora realizes that she has unfortunately failed in her mission. Together with Martin, the captain tries to understand what could have happened, but cannot find an explanation.
A few minutes later, Damien announces to his colleagues that he has finally found DNA on the cartridge print: it’s a woman’s. In addition, the powder found at the scene is used exclusively for sport shooting.
For his part, Samuel tries to comfort his best friend, William, by telling him that he can always hope to win Avora’s heart back, but the latter is determined to highlight the last twenty-five years of his life: “I’m tired, I’ve tried everything, I can’t do it anymore.”
Later, at the police station, William meets with Auror to discuss the divorce. She wants to know why he hasn’t signed the papers yet, and he replies: “I hesitate to divorce, I don’t know where I am anymore”. The Doctor asks her for an explanation, but Aurora refuses for now.
At the end of the day, Aurora and Manon plan a girls’ night out. Manon enjoys spending time with her mother. Aurora takes the opportunity to tell Manon that William has come to see her to discuss the divorce: “I told him I didn’t know anymore.” Manon calms down and already imagines the reconciliation of her parents.
At the police station, Roxanne and Timothy tell Karim that they have potentially identified the shooter: it could be Aude Trivier, 42, single and childless. Her relationship with Achilles lasted only two weeks.
According to Roxanne and Timothy, this woman couldn’t wait to break up with Achilles and kept sending him fiery messages. That’s not all, he would attack Aurora out of jealousy, seeing her as a rival.
At the same time, we find Ode in front of a living room wall filled with photos of him and Achilles. He is holding a gun. He said aloud: “No one can ever tear us apart, my love, I promise.” Is he going to attack Aurora?
