Is love really excessive?

Diagnosed as a “bad girl” since childhood, Anis (Hakim Jamil) leads a carnal existence marked by dead calm. Little does Anis know that a great adventure is about to begin, except when he gets close to Madeleine (Laura Phelps). something unexpected Something called “love”.

Featuring a particularly compelling duo of comedians, Love is excessive Argues, despite the cynicism of its main character, that love is the most beautiful elixir of misery. Because behind its particularly sour comedic air, Murad Winter’s first feature film is above all a beautiful attempt to reconcile with life after the painful experience of one of his most difficult trials: bereavement.

A daring comedy that spares no one, L’Amour c’est surcoté quickly reveals itself as a particularly poignant modern tale that can reconcile a younger generation that has lost faith in forgotten dreams.
