On January 30th of this year, the public service of the Public Prosecution (MPSP) of San Paolo reiterated in a document against the authorization of Cristian Cravinhos to serve an open sentence.

“The objections presented by the public service are not able to justify an unfavorable decision, since the subjective lessons concerning the personality of the prisoner, isolated in the context, do not seem to be negative of the rights guaranteed by the law on criminal execution. It should be noted this highlights the merit and aptitude to start the softer prison regime”, says the judge’s decision.

MPSP informed the Earth This will appeal to the decision.
