Former BBB and presenter Rafa Kalimann made her acting debut in “Rensga Hits!”, The first episodes of which aired Wednesday night (3/8) on Globo. In the attraction, she plays a digital influencer helping the protagonist, an aspiring singer played by Alice Wegmann (“Where the Strong Are Born”).
The detail is that Rafa should have a brief participation in a single chapter. But as the audience noted, he appeared a lot more. “I think they liked it, because they asked me to come back in the next episode, which was not planned,” she told Patricia Kogut’s column in the newspaper O Globo.
She said she was ready for criticism, after suffering many negative comments when she presented a solo exhibition on Globoplay.
“Today I’m not that shaken,” he commented, explaining that he understood how “hate hypes” work.
But the performance this time was praised. There was even a portal columnist who said he “glowed”. Rafa confessed on Twitter that he wanted to cry.
This is why he already expresses the desire to make a soap opera, but he knows that wanting it is not enough. “It depends on the writers, directors and producers of the casting. I really hope to live that dream.”
“Rensga Hits!” was originally developed for Globoplay and, after being shown on open TV, the first four chapters were released on the platform. There will be eight in total, with a new episode released every week.
