Israel’s security office discuss the employment plan
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed Thursday (7) plans to occupy the entire Gaza track at the end of the war, but said he has no intention of attacking the Palestinian enclave.
The statements were issued by the Israeli press after the Prime Minister participated in a press conference with Indian journalists after a meeting with the new Ambassador of Delhi in Israel.
At the time, Netanyahu reiterated the objectives of Israel, including the dismantling of Hamas and the unconditional return of all the hostages, adding that the conflict could immediately end if the Islamic movement explained the weapons and freed the prisoners.
According to him, Israel wants to free Hamas’s Palestinian enclave, not governing it. “We want to create a safety perimeter and deliver Gaza to the Arab forces that will go on correctly.”
Finally, he underlined that “Gaza’s operation is not irreversible” and ready “to consider to stop if Hamas accepts the conditions of Israel”.
The security office of the Jewish country discuss the question in a meeting between the concerns of the international community on the humanitarian risks of the initiative.
In turn, Hamas said that “the expansion of aggression against our people will not be easy: the price will be high and painful”.
“The words of Netanyahu reveal the real motivations behind their last round of negotiations, although we are close to a final agreement. His plans to expand the aggression show that he intends to free the hostages and sacrifice them for his personal interests,” said the Palestinian group.
