Based on the journalistic work of Ulisses Campbell, Tremembéwhich portrays the day-to-day life of the Penitentiary Doctor José Augusto César Salgado penitentiary unit, better known as the “prison of the famous” for receiving those convicted of crimes of great national repercussion, has just debuted on digital platforms. Below, meet the protagonists of the new feature:

Who is who in Tremembé?

• Marina Ruy Barbosa (Justice) is Susanne von Richthofen:
  • One of the most famous criminals in the country, Susanne von Richthofen was sentenced to 39 years and six months in prison for planning and facilitating the execution of her own parents, Marisia and Manfred von Richthofenon October 31, 2002.

• Felipe Simas (The Adventures of José & Durval) is Daniel Cravinhos:
  • So boyfriend Susanne, Daniel Cravinhos helped plan and was responsible for executing the father-in-law, Manfred von Richthofen.

• Kelner Macêdo (Electric Body) is Christian Cravinhos:
  • First to confess to the crime, Christian Cravinhos was responsible for the death of Marisia von Richthofen.

• Carol Garciaia (The Lady of the Piece) is Elize Matsunaga:
  • On May 19, 2012, after discovering a betrayal, Eliza Matsunaga killed her husband, the Japanese-Brazilian businessman Marcos Kitano Matsunagawith a shot to the head. She then dismembered him and placed the body parts in suitcases to dispose of.

• Lucas Oradovschi (Go in Faith) is Alexandre Nardoni:
  • Alexandre Nardoni was sentenced to 31 years, one month and ten days for the murder of his daughter, Isabella Nardoniwhich was allegedly thrown from the sixth floor of the building where the father lived, in the North Zone of São Paulo, on March 29, 2008.

• Bianca Comparato (3%) is Anna Carolina Jatobá:
  • wife of Alexandre Nardoni and stepmother of Isabella Nardoni, Anna Carolina Jatobá assisted in the crime and was sentenced to a sentence of 26 years and eight months.

• Anselmo Vasconcelos (Take it, give it here) is Roger Abdelmassih:
  • Doctor and specialist in human reproduction, Roger Abdelmassih was sentenced to more than 100 years in prison for raping dozens of patients at his clinic between the 1990s and 2000s.

• Letícia Rodrigues (September mornings) as Sandra Regina Ruizknown as Sandrão:
  • Sandrão sentenced to 27 years in prison in 2003 for participating in the kidnapping and murder of her 14-year-old neighbor. She became famous after becoming romantically involved with Elize Matsunaga and Susanne von Richthofen in Tremembé.
