Maya Massafera shows off the bones removed from her jaw during a new surgery on social media

The digital influencer said she underwent the procedure to improve her self-esteem

Maya Massafera Last Sunday, 2, used social media to tell his followers that he had undergone surgery to reshape his face, with the aim of making it more delicate.

The operation removed pieces of bone from his jaw. On Instagram the digital influencer showed his recovery after the surgery.

“I feel a little cautious. But, at the same time, it’s something that will help my self-esteem, my mind. So I’m happy to do it,” he explained in a video recorded before the surgery.

After the operation, Maya showed off the removed pieces of bone. In the first days after surgery you will only be able to drink cold or hot liquids.

Since the gender transition process began, she has undergone more than 20 cosmetic procedures.
