Did Alexander Astie Foretell the Future of the Camelot Saga from Book V of the Series? In any case, this is what appears in the vision of the episode, called Corvus Corone. Astier seems to have taken a hint of Lancelot’s future from season 5 of his series into his story, it was all beyond mere copy.
Indeed, in the opening minutes of Book V, Episode 2, Lancelot finds himself in a cave with Melegantes. Outside, snow and cold invade everything. A knight-errant banished from the wonders of Camelot sheltered in this shelter:

I’ve been sneaking there like a spider for months, months! And only for the reason that the unknown black hat asked me!
This reference to the spider now echoes comments made by Alexandre Astier last December about Lancelot’s appearance in Act I, wearing a suit of armor that almost completely conceals him:
“Lancelot was treated like a spider (…). That is, in fact, his lair, in Castle Camelot, is just below the main hall. (… ) I wanted to see that he did not come down. Stairs or out of a door, but out of a hole to come and go, like a spider coming out of its burrow.
“We intentionally set the arch very low for him. Because Thomas Cousso, who plays Lancelot, is tall, he came out like that, bowing his head. It gives it a bit of a spidery feel, which I really liked.”

This claim was confirmed by the film’s costume designer, Marilyn Fitussi, who recently revealed:
Alexander, of course, loves dragons, but he’s also an arachnophile, loving spiders. I thought about the elements of a spider that we fear: the proportions, the head, the legs tucked in between, the hairy side for some.
To continue the adventures of Lancelot, in Camelot – the second part, which will be divided into two parts, and the filming of which should begin in the spring of 2023:
“All I can say is that Lancelot is a man who has been in transformation for a long time (…),” revealed the director. “In fact, this lawsuit is nothing more than a step. It’s a step toward what will become.”
