Amazon Prime Video production is inspired by the Jenny Han trilogy
OMG! On March 30, the Entertainment Weekly portal released the first images of the series “The Summer That Changed My Life” inspired by the trilogy of Jenny Hansame author of “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”.
In these photos we can see the protagonists Lola Tung as Belly; Gavin Casalegno like Jeremiah; Chris Briney like Conrad. Sean Kaufman is Steven and also appears in the photos. In addition, the cast also has Rachel Blanchard as Susannah; Jackie Chung it’s Laurel, Minnie Mills like Shayla, and Alfredo Narciso it’s Cleveland.
The story of “The Summer That Changed My Life” follows Isabel “Belly” Conklin as she becomes involved in a love triangle. For her, the other seasons of the year are like a break, days that pass slowly while she waits for the sun to bring her back what she loves most: the sea, rest, fun and, above all, brothers Conrad and Jeremiah Fisher.
The Fisher family boys have always been by Belly’s side on her adventures. Conrad is bold, dark and smart. Meanwhile, Jeremiah is dependable, funny and spontaneous. Despite being so different, the three build a friendship that seems unshakable. It just seems…
But everything changes when, on one of those vacations, Conrad shows feelings for her. The problem is that Jeremiah does the same. As the years pass, Belly knows she will have to choose between the two and face the inevitable: she will break one of them’s hearts.
However, the Amazon Prime Video series does not yet have a set premiere date. Check out, then, the first photos released by the EW portal.
