Willow trailer: 34 years after the film, the Disney + fantasy series reveals images full of magic

No, Lucasfilm isn’t limited to just the Star Wars franchise! Evidence from the trailer released at the D23 convention for Willow, the new Disney+ exclusive series following Ron Howard’s iconic 1988 film of the same name.

In this case, Warwick Davis returns to the title role, a dwarf wizard with boundless courage, and a new generation of young protagonists joins him on his adventure. We also remember that the British comedian introduced the cast of the series during D23 2021 with an absolutely hilarious video featurette.

In addition to Warwick Davis, the series brings together Joan Walley (also featured in the original film), but also newcomers such as Erin Kellyman (The Falcon and The Winter Soldier), Rosabelle Laurent Sellers (Game of Thrones), as well as Christian Slater. Early fan of Willow! Val Kilmer, most recently seen in Top Gun: Maverick and the film’s translator for the mercenary madmartigan, has yet to be announced for the series.

Willow’s new adventures can be seen exclusively on Disney+ starting November 30th!
